It’s so important in this day and age that your Computing problems are solved quickly, but also in a completely safe and secure way. I’m Dom Farmer the Owner of Benchmark Computing and I’ll personally handle your remote support session.
With your permission, I can log in to your PC or Mac and fix the problem. Wherever you may be. Whether you’re at Home or Business, in a coffee shop, or at the airport!
With no on site call out it will save you even more time and money.
By clicking the blue button below, a new page will open with instructions on, and a small program will download automatically called Splashtop. It’s an amazing, easy little program, that once installed will generate a unique 9 digit code.
That code is specific to our session. Once the session ends no further remote sessions in the future are possible with that code, because it immediately expires. I’ll also tell you how to easily uninstall the remote program too, for extra peace of mind.
Once you text or call me with the code I can log in remotely and quickly fix the problem.
Install Instructions:
It depends on the browser you opened this website in as to how the download file appears for you to install.
Google Chrome (the browser with the red/green/yellow icon): the installer will start automatically after clicking the aboce blue remote support button, and the download will appear in the bottom left corner for you to click on and install.
Internet Explorer (the browser with the blue E icon): click the Windows download option in the middle of the page, after clicking the above blue remote support button, then ‘save’ down the bottom of the page and then ‘run’.
Firefox (the browser with the orange/blue icon): click the ‘save’ option when it appears after clicking the above blue remote support button, and the file will download to the arrow in the top right corner for you to then click on and install.
