Hi I’m Dom Farmer, the Owner of Benchmark Computing
I started Benchmark Computing on the Sunshine Coast in 2007 because I wanted to support homes and business in a different way. I’ve loved technology ever since I was young and so I studied Business Information Systems at Bristol University in England. I love my job. It’s my passion. Since then we have grown into a thriving local business with over 2500 happy customers. Built through word of mouth. In fact we rely on it.
I believe you should treat others how you would like to be treated. We will always come to you quickly, be there on time, and fix the cause of any problem, not the symptom. I want to save you time and money and want to make it as easy as possible for you, leaving you feeling happy.
Now I am looking to expand Australia wide and it also means our remote login support can help your friends, family or any business, wherever they may be.
I wanted to put in place an awesome referral program that will give you something back as a thank you for referring anyone to us that we can help. I also find Computing and Technology can be really frustrating for people. It’s not you. Meaningless words, conflicting advice, devices that freeze or crash, your Internet providers Tech Support. No wonder people feel so confused and don’t know what to do. I’ve put a Tips Section at the top of the page too because I think it’s important to have a place where you can get some free advice. In there I’ve posted all the Australian Tech Support numbers, my Tip of the Week pics, and articles I wrote to make things a bit easier.
Even if you just need some honest, impartial advice when buying from a retailer and want to make sense of what it all means. Call and ask for me. I’m really happy to walk you through it all without the ‘Geek Speak’.
